"The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do. There was a sign telling us to flush the toilet after using it, no alcohol, take your shoes off, do not enter this room, no smoking..etc. The ac was only upstairs in the bedroom area. The property manager was responsive and nice to talk to. He has no control over the areas power outage and smell. If you need somewhere to stay it will do. Don’t...

"After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service but we decided to leave and booked accommodations in another resort. We lost two days as non refundable and upon check out they tried to charge us more for two complimentary bottles of water. They didn’t even ask why we were leaving early. I’m sure it happens all the time. Save your money and your time. Don’t stay here."
