The beautiful sounds of the creek echo as you relax on the screen porch, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, soak away your stress in the hot tub or enjoy the new outdoor fireplace pavilion! This spacious home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, large deck space, and fully equipped kitchen. Take a stroll with mother nature on the additional lot and enjoy everything the mountains offer. Your family fun adventure starts here! The Space: Arrive at your dream vacation home on a gentle winding road, turning into a beautiful wooded setting. The road is paved except for the last few hundred yards of easy gravel access pulling into a level driveway with spacious parking for three vehicles. New full house water filtration system has been added! You will enter the cabin into a vaulted ceiling living room/dining area and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, gas fireplace and rustic dining table with additional bar chairs to comfortably sit eight. A constant in this home is the tasteful decorations and personal touch of the owners. They are so excited to have you as a guest. A screened porch awaits just off the living room to enjoy the gentle sounds of the creek and crisp clean smells of the mountain air! The main level has a Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom, smart TV and access to a deck overlooking the lake. The 3rd level features a spacious Queen bedroom suite, smart TV and privacy. The basement level has a living area, with smart TV, DVD player and stereo. A full size bathroom is also available for the additional Queen and Bunk bedrooms. There is an extra refrigerator and full size washer and dryer in the spacious laundry room. Step outside to the large deck area to enjoy the creek and everything nature has to offer. The kids can enjoy the Ping Pong table or explore the spacious outdoors including the remaining property accessible by stairs across the street. A new outdoor pavilion has been added with views of the lake, outdoor wood burning fireplace, seating area, hot tub and gas grill! There is an RV hook up with drain/dump station on the property. The lake is not part of the property. Dogs are welcome. Limit 2 under 50lbs each. The owners respectively ask to not let pets on furniture or beds. I loved sitting out on the porch listening to the birds and the creek. Only downside was that no deer came to visit. But overall this was a great experience ##### Allison P. We experienced unusually low temps and snow, both aberrant, and affected our ability to be outdoors, the property offered lots outdoor amenities; a ping pong table in the garage, fire pit with seating, a hot tub, grill area, outdoor seating area that included a quaint swing, the pond, a trail of sorts, a wrap around porch and tiers of decks, a screened in room with seating. We plan to return in the fall to experience those amenities. We did a family Christmas gathering, and the home was nicely appointed with festive decorations but still with a rustic feel. The large fire place capped it off. For the younger folks they appreciated that there were T.V.s in virtually every room from which to live stream programming and games. I mentioned the snow, which we woke up to on the morning we were to check out. The owners couldn’t have been more understanding or gracious, allaying our concerns about driving the snow covered roads ahead of the snow melt to meet our 10a.m. checkout. They texted us that morning to let us know we needn’t be concerned and if we wanted to wait until later in the morning to leave we were fine to do so without a late checkout charge. As it happened the sun make quick work of melting the snow and we were able to leave just a few minutes after 10, but what great hosts that they would show such concern for our safety. It was a great trip with family made all the better by a great property and host. ##### Sherrae D.
