"It's been a while in this era to find employees who take pride in their work. Knowledge of their jobs. Even the house keeping staff. First of all they are English speaking. That alone was a breath of fresh air. They clean EVERY day. And if you drop so much as a grape on the bed, they even change the sheets. If you ask for anything, they whip out a pad and write. The lady at the front desk remembers the guests names. Speaks to you going and coming, makes one feel special. Her name is Beth. My husband and I told her, she's the reason we're coming back. The breakfast lady so conscientious keeping everything refilled and clean... if I must find negatives, the room had an initial stale smell. I think everything has to be fragrance free now because so many people have allergies. I bring my own spray so that didn't last long. No vent in the bathroom. The other negative, only one mirror and it's in the bathroom. So two can't get dressed at the same time unless you're in the bathroom while they shower. Also no long view mirror. You won't know what you look like until you get where you're going. The little red head man at the front desk will at least compliment your coordination on your way. He noticed my attire matched my purse 😊"

"It was a beautiful place to stay. Want to give Joy who was working at breakfast a huge shout out! Joy was so very sweet to everyone and she went above and beyond helping a young girl who was taking care of her two little sisters during breakfast, which was precious of the young girl, and also says a lot for the facility to feel safe staying at! Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"I enjoyed my week at Robin’s Nest. Badin Lake seems beautiful and the pool area was wonderful. The restaurant on the resort was also nice- although closed a lot if the week. The Park Model was clean and adequate. The only issue I had was that the photos in the listing made me believe I was right on the lake. I actually never did find the public beach or see a full view of the lake. I spent my time at the lovely pool area, but it was quite far away and I had to drive there. I would come again- but it would be good to clarify the location of the park model."
