Outdated, and filthy. The refrigerator had a brown liquid, microwave was dirty, room was filthy, bed linens had stains and the room smelled like mold and cigarettes. We immediately left and booked another hotel down the street. Surprised Expedia had this place as an option. Do not recommend.

The room was awful. Huge mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room has a stale smell. They had a truck on blocks in the parking lot. Ice machine was slimy and disgusting. We sent you an email with pictures and still no reply.

This rooms looked like they are maintained by a total dyi staff that doesn't know what a hotel room should look like. The amenities were dated or outdated. My staff told be his room was dirty, including rodent droppings in the dresser drawers. I was close to the laundry room which ran loads during the night. The noise was terrible. Also, the breakfast hour started at 7:30, which was late since we were there on business. So, we had to get a McDonalds on the way to the job.

During my recent stay at the Executive Inn in Morgan Hill, I found the older motel surprisingly comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and its convenient location near local attractions made it a great choice. Despite its age, it offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, making it a solid option for travelers seeking a welcoming and budget-friendly accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Executive Inn in Morgan Hill, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This motel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. First and foremost, the staff at the Executive Inn were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room I stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also very spacious and well-appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, making me feel right at home. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the room's decor had a modern and inviting feel to it. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. The Executive Inn is conveniently situated, making it easy to access local attractions and restaurants. Whether I was exploring the beautiful Morgan Hill area or simply looking for a place to dine, I found everything I needed within a short distance. Staff was horrible! Lady kept coming to my door to check if i had dog. Threatened to charge me 100 a night pwr dog. I had no dog. I asked for handicap room. No railings and i almost fell out of the tub. People next to me told me that thwir bed waa full of bed bugs

Restroom was not cleaned at all, bath tub, toilet seat , floors all dirty with pubic hairs . Towels were asked to be replaced. Not the best sanitary location. As well as not being vacuumed and bed sheets not changed

Run down, beds are lumpy and uncomfortable, linens are are starchy and irritating on the skin, breakfast was a few slices of bread and some hard boiled eggs, carpets are sticky in the rooms..... If you need a safe place for one night it will be ok but it's rough.

The breakfast was laughable. They didnt even have those pre wrapped pastries as an alternative. There was maybe 1/2 a loaf of dry white bread on a tray, and tater tots as the hot food. No eggs, no fruit no juice. There was a dry cereal dispenser with a blend of several types, and there was milk. Pet fee was $50 per day per animal. We were charged 3 days pet fee for 2 night stay. There was also a 47 fee for "upgrades" I will not choose this property again.

It was gross but the last place in town that had a room. There were stains on the wall, my 8 year old found a vape under the bed and the fire alarm was missing. Not the best and Definitely not worth what we paid

I drove around the back of the hotel to find a parking and saw something like homeless encampment at one corner with lots of trash and junks around. I didn't feel safe parking my car there and ended up parking in front where the receptionist can see my car.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE .. I repeat do not stay here! This place doesn't look like the pictures the rooms are disgusting! The ac unit was broken and in order to turn it on you would have to press through wires, the doors were falling off the hinges, the furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road, the wallpaper was falling off the walls and was just taped back on. We also felt unsafe and had an uneasy feeling about staying here so we check out immediately. When we requested a refund the owner just argued and refused to give us our money back. Hotels.com needs to take this place off of their website!

The check in went smooth and quick. After getting to our room we noticed a smoke smell which it should not have, we also noticed it wasn’t spot clean and that made us check the bed. To our surprise the sheets where all stained and dirty with hair.y husband and I were grossed out by this, but to add to this the couch had cigarette burns and dirty stains. There was no way we were staying there. We took out our things out and went to the lobby I told the person at the front desk about it. He explained that he gave us a smoke free room and that the bed sheets had been changed and should be clean, I told him I’d like my refund, he explained that it wasn’t going to be possible I told him o wasn’t planning on sleeping there he ignored me. He never seem to care, he didn’t offer another room or to even go check the room. I was tired and don’t like to argue but I hate to stay quite about this. Do your self a favor and DO NOT STAY there!
