One month before my stay, our airline changed our departure time, so we needed to cut our stay by one night. Called Expedia who contacted the hotel and spoke with "Hanna" 30 days before our arrival, way before the allowed date to make any change. I personally paid for a long distance call and spoke with Hanna, and all assured me that they were aware that I was not staying the extra day. Despite my efforts, I left a day early and was charged for a night I did not use. Stay away from this greedy hotel and it's administration. Lost money for something I didn't use.
