"Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Tout confort, bien équipé (attention pas de télé, fan de foot en plein euro je n'avais pas prêté attention à ce détail ;-), wifi top ! Arrivée et départ autonome par boitier à clés. Le petit défaut serait que la route est proche et même si peu fréquentée, ça roule vraiment vite si enfant méfiance ++, et amateur de grasse mat ça peut se compliquer. Au global logement plus que satisfaisant, amateur de la forêt de Brociande vous êtes au bon endroit."

"This rental stated it had a washer & dryer as amenities, but this was false. We asked where they were located, the host gave us directions to the nearest laundromat. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or...

"The location is very good, with many restaurants nearby and a supermarket within about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is convenient for exploring the area. There are a few areas that could be improved. The shower drainage was quite slow, causing water to accumulate during use, and the shower pressure was weaker than expected. We stayed on the second floor and experienced noticeable noise from the street and surrounding area late into the night, sometimes until around 2:00 a.m. The lighting throughout the apartment was also quite dim, especially in the evening. Overall, the apartment is in a convenient neighborhood, but guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer brighter lighting may wish to consider these points before booking."

"Easy checkin. We were a 10 minute walk from the Centro and it was an easy walk. Being a university town there was alot of action but not too bothersome. The hotel was wonderful, the beds comfy, staff great and getting full use of the spa for an hour was brilliant. The maximum visitors for an hour was 10 so the pool, hot tub and steamroom area were never busy. Great bonus!"

"Great stop location en-route to Roscoff port, just off Rennes ring road. Close to a very well stocked L'eclerc supermarket with fuel. More than adequate ground floor dog freindly en-suite room. Secure parking. There's a park within a short walk to exercise the dog, to the side of the Rennes stadium."

"C'était la première fois que je dormais dans les appartements plutôt que dans une chambre de l'hôtel. Il n'y aura pas de 2e fois. L'appartement en soi est très beau et très grand. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Je ne suis pas certain que remplir le frigo pour le minibar soit très pratique lorsque l'on veut utiliser ce frigo pour cuisiner en cas de séjour "long". La porte de la douche est cassée... Ce n'est pas bien compliqué à réparer mais il est en l'état peu pratique de l'ouvrir et de la fermer. Le GROS POINT NOIR : présence d'une terrasse de bar sous la fenêtre de l'appartement, avec une insonorisation en décalage avec le bruit produit. C'est insupportable jusqu'à 00h20 chaque soir de la semaine. Dans ces conditions impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour un appartement qui n'est pas climatisé. Les fenêtres doivent être changées pour améliorer l'isolation phonique...."
