Property was very dated and didn’t look clean. Even though non-smoking, could smell smoke. Breakfast was quite limited.

It’s was a last minute booking during a busy weekend. Place is clean, staff was super friendly. Gentleman at the desk was polite and wished my kids good luck both morning when we left.

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND DISGUSTING, EXTEMELY FILTHY, NON WORKING WATER TAPS, FRONT DESK PERSON EXTREMELY RUDE. NEVER STAY HERE ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!!! BREAKFAST - A BOWL OF CEREAL!!! Refuses refund, this place should be condemned!!! THIS PLACE REPORTED TO EXPEDIA. Rating - BIG FAT ZERO!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Duct tape all over windows, towels in doorways to block drafts, room was freezing, sheets didnt fit bed. Lobby is just an offsale Carpets were disgusting Walls had splatters everywhere, including hallways and staurs.

Restaurant permanently closed, no lounge, no stir sticks for coffee, shower water pressure is non existant, drain plug for bath is broken, beds are too small, air conditioner sounds like a boeing 747......etc

This reservation was made for 02 nights (12 & 13th January 2024). We held the room, first night and second night. We did not received any communication. Then regarding to booking guidelines, we charge only one night as no show.

Not bad, dated hotel.
Be warned, they scan your driver's license. I did not approve but had already booked and paid my non refundable room. Our room t.v. didn't work. The rooms were warm and clean but very dated and the pillows were really bad. Luckily we had our own. The pool was nice and the hot tub was definitely hot.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places, but have never seen anything like this very dirty and disgusting I had a shower, I felt dirty coming out. I didn’t stay the night 108.00 for a shower

Although outdated, the room was clean, everything worked, and exceptionally good price. The staff/owner provided exceptional customer service helping me hassle free getting myself and my dog in a room quickly. Highly recommend if you need an affordable one night stay!

Moosejaw runaway
The beds were wonderful and the room was clean and fresh-smelling . The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was on time and welcome. I will definitely come again.

Easy to locate. Easy to get in and out. The checkin person didn’t know how to do things when internet was down. Found a pill on the floor. Bathroom fan did not work. Carpets were old.

I reserved this room online, went to check in and they refused service for no reason. Said they had trouble with teenagers a few nights prior (Im an adult and dont know said teens or situation) and asked if I had a $300 deposit. I provided the deposit and he still refused service. Very rude about it and left me paying for a different hotel and deposit.

Its better then sleeping in a tiny car with a dog but thats about it. Door has gaps around it so bugs crawled in, and very outdated look on the inside. Beds are very very soft and the pillows are huge so its weird to sleep on them.

Wasnt told hours of breakfast when checking in. Went down at 910am and had missed it. The pool is open air, with no enclosure so walking into hotel the moisture and aroma was throughout whole ‘inn’ . I suspect they changed the name from motel to inn to open their marketability. I finished business in one day and requested refund for second night and I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia.
