Thank you for your feedback Foley. The room is advertised as being a budget small room. Unfortunately at this time of year the large rooms are not available. Small or large, they require the same amount of cleaning and servicing which is reflected in the price in peak times. Our large rooms are booked out very early on in the new year for the following peak times, which only leaves the small budget rooms available for later bookings. We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay David. Keys are only left in the Key Drop box if guests arrive later than 10pm, so we aren't sure what you are referring to here. We have checked the air conditioner and it seems to be working today without any issue. The rooms are most certainly not dirty. Every room is thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves. We take great pride in our cleaning standard and are regularly complimented for it. We do, as all properties do, houses and motels, get cobwebs from time to time. We apologise for the ones in the bathroom. We hope you enjoy the rest of your journey along the Great Ocean Road.

Your feedback is noted Magda. We are sorry that you didn't find the room to your satisfaction. You booked the tiny budget twin single room which is indeed very small, but advertised clearly as such. It is generally used by single travellers for one night. We do say to guests that if they require fresh supplies such as shampoos, milk, coffee, towels etc., to let us know and we will provide them. It was unfortunate that you arrived at the time of peak demand, as we would have given you a much larger room. As for the towels, they are always freshly laundered and would have been replaced with brand new ones you had let us know. We have never had any complaint about towels before. Had you at any time requested any room service there is always someone available for any such request. Might we advise you to check the room sizes whenever you book rooms in motels in the future?
