my credit card has 3 pending charges. 1. full fare for the room (even though i paid expedia on already). 2 incidental charges for $54 x2 check in clerk had no idea what to do.

Clean, modern, but stingy.
Very clean and modern hotel. Biggest complaint is that everything is extra unless you are a member of different standings. Wifi requires you have a rewards account, water bottle is complimentary for certain levels and breakfast is extra and started late. Really wish they had car chargers. The car chargers in the parking lot belong to the restaurant and are only for restaurant guests.

For a Hilton and it’s price it was a good property. I’ve stayed in many cheaper hotels that were just as nice. Also, the indoor pool and other extras were closed. And breakfast was an extra fee.

Clean and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking was an extra $4.10 which seemed random. Also, would be nice for breakfast to be included especially since the closet restaurant was closed.

The property was very clean throughout. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. What I didn't like. At checkin, my reservation through expedia was not completely transferred to the hotel and it appeared that I had not paid in advance, which I had and had my confirmation to confirm that fact. It took to much time for check in due to that fact. The check in employees were pleasant and took extra steps to ensure that I would not get charged for the stay. I did not like the parking cost, which used some unexplainable name. The hotel was not close to many food choices other than national chains, McDonalds,Burger King, Pappa's pizza etc.

No breakfast offered
The kitchen was being renovated so no breakfast was being offered. The free breakfast was one of the reasons i booked at the hotel. Otherwise everything was ok.

It was unfortunate that the Hilton did not offer any breakfast, or the gym or other amenities because those areas were under renovation. They did not mention this or notify us that this was the case before we came. Not a good experience!

Great location. Easy access and parking. Very clean. Hotel was being renovated and unfortunately my room was right next to where they were doing work at 8am The drilling and hammering started early. I leaned a lesson that I will request a room far from renovations if I notice it happening next time.
