Usually responds within minutes and is very attentive and helpful. Was accommodating with every special request we had and even had some great advice about restaurants and sites. Not the easiest to find because there are 3 apartments and none have any address info on or around the doors. Based on the mailboxes you'd think it's the top floor but it's actually the bottom. No street parking in the nearby. You need to go a couple of blocks over. The back patio is completely unusable and looks like a junk yard. No curtains on the back door to even conceal it. Not great at communicating. Booked weeks in advance but they waited until the day of our checkin to say they needed additional information.
