Upon entering the hotel lobby, it smells weed so badly. The linens were itchy, I waited for 24hours before the hotel staff changed it. Bad customer service experience with the receptionist.

The hotel rooms were furnished with outdated and uncomfortable furniture, adding to the overall feeling of discomfort. The corridors were poorly lit and cluttered, making navigation difficult. The washrooms were unkempt and had a lingering stench that made using them an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic and moreover we have to pay for parking . And staff was so rude don’t have basics adequate causing unnecessary stress for guests. Overall, the hotel was a smelly and stinky disappointment from start to finish.

The rooms are big with high ceilings. Had a very nice stay. But just a heads ups parking is not onsite and was a couple blocks away from the hotel. Not that inconvenient but it was tricking to figure out because it is not run by the hotel. The staff was helpful but had limited information about it and the parking structure is unmanned.

I booked one room for myself, my wife and my 8 years kid. But the bed for my son was broken, they couldn’t replaced it and one of us forced to sleep on floor.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The room rate was fantastic, and I will definitely stay there again. The staff were always very helpful. Siham at the front desk was particularly helpful and patient with a number requests that I had. It is a great location for shopping and is on the 747 Bus route to the airport.. Cameron

Very unwelcoming check in, didnt really speak or wasn’t greeted. Keys just out on table in front over communicating. No information given around a security deposit being taken, it just was taken. Room was dirty, facilities didnt work properly like toilet and doors were broken. Location was good, would have hoped for a nicer stay with friendlier staff.

Ive stayed at the Hotel Chrome multiple times .. The hotel property itself is aging and in needs of a modernization .. room size is ample .. cleaning is only available for 4 night stays .. the best attribute of the hotel is the price and its location, closed to both the green and orange line . and walkable to chinatown and Old Mtl

Brutal the pictures were taken probably from when they first opened they had no parking, no heating in the room and the room was clean pee on toilet seat. When asked for a refund they denied us even though we didn’t even stay there we ended up going to another hotel. Hotel manager said she would calls us we followed up 3 times with no response

Good for the price but can definitely improve in cleanliness of the room. We went as a group of friends and 1 of us slept on the foldable sofa bed but the linen was not clean. Wifi was also not very good. Otherwise, towels and toilet was clean and importantly had hot water!

My friends and I were confused on how parking worked, but the person at the desk was so patient with our stupidity. Overall a great stay especially for the price! If I’m back in montreal, I’ll definitely be returning.
