However the apartment had some issues with windows/doors that don’t stay open, stained towels/blanket, and bed frame slats not supporting the mattress. The building is also in an area with a lot of homeless and trash piles on the sidewalks outside the doors, and parking was very difficult to find with confusing signs everywhere (note that there is no “free” parking nearby). We ended up parking in a garage at the train station a few blocks away. Overall it worked for our needs for 3 nights in Montreal but I would probably look to a newer apartment closer to downtown for our next stay. ##### Dan B.
