It's in a very dynamic part of the city, which worked for me, but it's above a pretty loud area with a few bars and a good amount of street noise. Once I turned up the fans on the wall AC units, it pretty much cancelled it out. I really appreciate how responsive Sam was. I had a minor issue come up with the bathroom faucet, which he took care of quickly. The location was really fantastic as it was within easy walking distance of lots of great restaurants and was also close to McGill, so I could meet up with my daughter on foot. The unit was super clean and looks just like the photos on the website. I hope to be back to stay again soon. ##### Neill G.
