Our place is also walking distance from Beauty’s Restaurant , one the most epic breakfast experience in Montreal . A must try! 2 floor - condo, tastefully furnished, located right by the Mont-Royal mountain. A block away from plenty of the best Montreal’s coffee shops, bars, local stores restaurants. You will enjoy the big sunny rooftop terrace while having your coffee before going for brunch at the retro restaurant BEAUTY’S located 6 min away by walk. \- 2 bedrooms with Queen Size bed \- 1 bedroom with double bed \- 1 bedroom with double bed \- 1 double sofa bed 2 complete bathrooms, one shower room in a bedroom. Famous SCHWARTS smoked meat and BEAUTY\`S restaurant , one the best breakfast places in town , are only a few blocks away . 15 min walking from metro Mont-Royal Bus right in from of the condo 10 min away from downtown. Bus stop at the corner. BIXI Station at the corner (7$ per day) 25 min from the airport ( 50$ with taxi/uber) Please note that , for your security, there\`s a camera outside in the entrance . If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. I always want you to have a great time during your stay! While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for you and future guests. The kitchen was incredibly stocked and made any cooking we needed to do very easy. We never had any issues with the Wi-Fi and it was nice to be within walking distance of a grocery store and the fantastic Mont Royale park. Our only challenge was no on site parking. The process was easy and the communication was great. The location was ideal as there were many restaurants that are walkable, and you are not far from downtown. When not walking or biking, you will want to plan for parking. There is an app that provides locations for lots that you can walk to or inquire about options with the host. Four of us each had a bedroom and one slept on the pull-out couch. The owner was very responsive when I had a question about check-in. The property was clean and everything was easy to find.We walked out the front door and all over the city! There are so many restaurants and shops to explore. It was about a 30 minute walk down to the river. We also walked through the McGill campus and the nearby park. It was all so beautiful!We parked for the weekend at a nearby garage.I would definitely recommend this place for a jumping-off point to explore Montreal. ##### Kristen C. The kitchen had everything one could possibly want - high quality dishes etc and a plentiful supply. No shortage of linens either. The rooftop terrace was a bonus and we could even see the cross on the top of Mount Royal. We had a great time, and while a couple of issues were brought to the attention of the host, they were minor for us. The host was a great communicator, and welcomed feedback on our stay after we left. The place itself felt very comfortable and inviting, though the entry stairwell meant it's not accessible to everyone. There were a lot of shopping options within easy walking distance for a couple of things we forgot, as well as places to eat. It was a great stay, and while there were a couple of minor maintenance issues, the place was clean and well-kept. Furthermore the host was very understanding and good at communicating, which I consider to be more important anyway. ##### Eric D.
