Le logement est cosi, nous nous sommes sentis bien dans ces espaces. La literie est très confortable pour de bonnes grasses matinées. Les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre sont un plus car la région a tendance à être chaude.Les espaces extérieurs sont bien aménagés même si ce n'est pas très grand pour des enfants. Il y a beaucoup de belles choses à faire à proximité : balades, randonnées, visites de village, marchés et bien sûr le lac avec une petite crique prêt du barrage pour se baigner au calme à 2km du logement. Le seul bémol est que les premiers commerces sont à plusieurs kilomètres. Nous avons été bien accueilli, toutes les informations étaient claires. ##### François L. Die Vermieterin Claudie Leroux ist seht nett und die ganze Abwicklung verlief herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus bietet innen viel Platz und mit dem Balkon, der Grillterrasse und dem Garten auch schöne Außenplätze für den ganzen Tag. Über den Autobahnanschluss erreicht man schnell und unkompliziert alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, z.B. Montpellier, Bèziers, Agde, Sète oder Narbonne. Man kann den Urlaub daher von hier aus vielfältig gestalten: Baden am nahen See oder an den Meeresstränden, Städtebesichtigungen, Wanderungen in den Bergen oder Kanu fahren....es ist unendlich viel möglich. Nous en avons utilisé un pour nos moments yoga et qi qong. Endroit calme. A moins de 10 minutes du lac et des éventuelles activités nautiques. Mais ne pas hésiter à aller plus loin pour se baigner autour du lac etc . Marché sympa à octon en fin de journée le jeudi . Pas du tout de commerce dans le hameau mais grande surface à 5kms. Nous avons passé deux formidables semaines dans la maison de Claudie. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter la région. Le Mas Audran est un petit hameau magnifique. Les lieux ont beaucoup de cachet, depuis le petit village piéton, si calme et si joli, jusqu'à la maison elle-même, tout en hauteur, avec ses vieilles pierres et ses deux terrasses ombragées où il fait bon diner ou déjeuner. C'est un havre de paix, on s'y sent bien et le salon à l'étage, avec le grand canapé confortable et toutes les BD, a été très apprécié de nos enfants ! La région est magnifique, beaucoup de ballades dans les environs. Le lac est tout près, à cinq ou dix minutes de voiture. Pas commerces sur place, mais Clermont l'Héraut n'est pas loin non plus ! Un petit défaut, qui n'enlève rien au plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner ici : la maison manque d'un micro-ondes, qui nous aurait été très utile au quotidien. A noter aussi que les familles avec des enfants en bas âges auront peut-être du mal avec les escaliers qui ne sont pas protégés. Pour tous les autres, je recommande chaleureusement cette location. Le village du Mas Audran est un havre de paix (situé tout en haut d'une colline avec une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée) tout en étant idéalement placé, tout proche, des commerces (Clermont l’Hérault) et des nombreuses activités et visite (notre coup de cœur : le village médiéval de St Guilhem le désert-merci aux propriétaires de leur bons conseils) Nous recommandons donc cette location ##### BRUNO C. This review was submitted before 2018 and can't be verified. ### 8/10 Good 13 Sept 2014 #### Luxe huis Midden in het kleine dorp Mas Audran ligt het huis aan een pleintje met pomp/wasplaats. Je bent op bezoek bij de (vriendelijke) eigenaren, die het huis vaak zelf gebruiken. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien (incl hangmat) en kent veel privacy ondanks dat het huis midden tussen de andere huizen ligt. Sfeer in het dorp is familiaal en gemoedelijk. 's nachts is het rusig en is de sterrenhemel prachtig. Parkeren is wat lastiger omdat er beperkte parkeerplaatsen zijn en er is geen bakker in het dorp.
