Evening staff who called to confirm our arrival time was very patient and did a great job explaining the automated late check in process. Everything went smoothly. Room is good quality and value and more spacious than we expected.

Room was ok wasn’t the one we booked had booked a king size bed apparently she said they booked that one at the exact same time I did reservation she gave me a double queen room thinking she was doing me a favour cause it was a bigger room if I wanted a bigger room I would have booked it , typical Quebec attitude as I run into that province all the time.

I liked everything about this Motel. the location is close to all amenities I can think of. I walked a lot and enjoyed the River and the Basin at Promenade Park. The "drive up to the door" feature works for me. Also the Hotel Restaurant across the street was exceptional. Great food and nice atmosphere. Had dinner and breakfast there. The staff was excellent.

Attention to detail was lacking. Understaffed. They don't seem to realize that they are in the hospitality industry. Policies are cheap and unwelcoming. Room layouts and designs are odd.

The toilet was too low, we changed you to another room at no extra cost, you wanted an ironing board, we provided you with one, you wanted a luggage rack, you got it, all your requests to have additional articles, we have answered them. This is why we find it disapointing to read your comments. That being said, we always work to satisfy our customers, so we take note of your comments for future improvements to our establishments and our team. We do hope that you had a pleasant stay.

We arrived late evening after a long day of driving, awaiting another long day of driving. Tired and ready for bed, we were kept awake by 6 flies that were in our room before we got there. Reception was closed so there was no one to contact about this. Otherwise, the place was okay — definitely not a first choice.

Since the rooms have exterior access, it is likely that flies will enter the room while you are entering your luggage or while the attendant is cleaning. We understand that this is not a pleasant situation and are sorry. The position of night attendant is difficult to fill with the labor shortage in Quebec. Please know that we take your comments to heart. Looking forward to seeing you again on your next visit to Montmagny.

We got in late and the front desk reception was extremely friendly and helpful. This one is being added to a mist return list. The rooms were extremely clean and inviting. The only down side was there was no microwave but all in all we will be back!!!!!! Lol

We picked this hotel because it said online there was a $25 charge for our dog. It was a better rate than others we had looked at. When I got there they informed me it was $50 for the dog. I told them what I read and was told it was because I would need to be put in a different room. I said so you're charging me $25 extra for the different room and $25 for the dog then? She said no $50 for the dog. I said you advertised $25 online and she said well it's $50 here. Sigh. We stayed. Inernet was great.

Not all of our rooms accept them, only some. However, since you are going through an intermediary like Expedia, we understand that the distinction may be more difficult to understand. On our side, it is more difficult to know how the information is presented on the Expedia platform. We hope you still enjoyed your stay. Looking forward to being able to welcome you again soon.
