I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

"Don't be fooled by their title. Yes, this hotel is at the end of the runway so technically at the airport. But it is a very expensive cab ride away. My husband broke his finger and cut it open by opening the door while the toilet room door was open. His finger was smashed between the two handles. ..."

"A great spot with a great staff, and the air conditioning was a huge plus! Ate dinner and the food was very good and they have a nice outdoor sitting area to bring your drinks and snacks and enjoy relaxing. We use their shuttle service and it was prompt in on time. I’m very helpful."
