"I've lost track of how many times that we've stayed here now and we're back again in two weeks. We've stayed in the least expensive low floor rooms and the most expensive top floor rooms - all are wonderful. Highly suggest upgrading to get the breakfast coupon, it's worth it. The only thing that I could recommend would be more accessable rooms - although most of the non accessable specific ones are pretty close to barrier free. Using the laundry room with a physical disability is difficult because there's six stairs to get to it, no elevator. I had to haul my laundry and my Walker up and down the stairs to do laundry. "
