I had several complaints about the room. There was 3 people booked to room, no bedding for 3rd person. Sofa for 3rd person was dirty with crums and dirt althroughout, the bathing products installed in shower were all empty, only one tiny hand soap bar on sink which wasnt replaced next day, room wasnt reset next day, garbage wasnt removed from room either. To be a Marriot hotel we were pretty dissappointed with the room accommodations.

Close proximity to rest and history sites. Dirty laundry and trash was in the hallways of the floor upon our arrival to the hotel at 8:30 pm. Not very welcoming.

My family and I loved the aesthetics of the hotel as it was beautiful. We found free parking on the outside of the hotel since the meters are free on the weekend. The gym had all necessary equipment and was very clean. My bathroom however had hair on the floor and in the shower which let me know that it had not been cleaned properly. We could hear the conversations from the couple next door and footsteps from the people above us.

Worst stay ever!!!! The room I booked and prepaid for was not available. I booked a king suite, with a sleeper sofa, with a view of the river. What I got was a double queen room, sofa mattress was missing, and a view of a brink wall. The carpet was disgusting with a big red stain on the floor. The towels and wash clothes were missing.....on top of that , I was charged twice for the room. I complained to the person at the desk but she said that the hotel was full and there was nothing she could do. I am totally disappointed!!!!

Súper place. Love the architecture and restaurants close by. Super convenient to Legacy museums. We paid in advance through Expedia but the hotel has had a hold on the entire amount for 3 days.

What a dwlightful spot to stay!! The deco in the main lobby was superb..lovely to sit and enjoy morning coffee...staff was excellent. I'd go back for sure!

Area is very lovely, walked to dinner!! Very nice area and space. However, Arrived from a very tiring day at 6:30pm to check in, when I was informed my rooms weren’t ready and they were finishing cleaning them up. That I should go and get some dinner and my room should be ready !! First time staying in a Marriott since pandemic.. not sure I ll be doing that again!!! Was very disappointed- check in was super easy and not complicated !! Above all of that, it’s a very nice area outside the hotel.Hoping breakfast is decent at least!!! Fingers crossed

I’m going to have to get used to no chests of drawers and shallow closets. I hear that both are standard in new hotels. The breakfast was a bit monotonous. They always put out pancake syrup but never any pancakes or waffles to put it on. The rooms are striking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I especially would like to give recognition to Brittany, who was so pleasant, accommodating, and customer service oriented. This hotel was extremely clean, up to date, and had great positive staff all around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Montgomery. I know if i ever come through here again, this will be where i stay

The bathroom door should be dark so light can’t go into the bedroom and awaken others. There should be a barrier between the sitting area and the bedroom so that the sound of the Tv doesn’t disturb a sleeping roommate Staff was very attentive and courteous!

At check in i was informed by Springhill that they transferred my reservation to trilogy next door due to over booking on their part. Now I'm being charged my both springhill and trilogy hotels total almost $800. I informed both front desk attendants. Waiting for a resolve....I would appreciate if it could be done in a timely matter. Neither attendant seemed confident in resolving the issue.

Great Hotel Close to Ball Park and Restaruants
Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Room was clean and much bigger than expected. Very cool atmosphere with the way they preserved some of the history of the building and built it into the lobby and rooms.

Historic renovation, high ceiling on 4th floor, good breakfast.Only reason for lack of 5 was no body wash in shower dispenser, had to use shampoo in shower.Did not smell lavender scent as mentioned for air freshner. Great workspace.Also did not enjoy loud lobby music.
