Good quality for the value
Interpreting reviews of the lower cost properties is always hard . So I will be as factual as possible. We stayed here because we were traveling with our cat. The property welcomed pets, and the fee was only $25. The outside is very nice. The neighborhood is fine. We were concerned but it ended up being quiet and safe. It is about a mile to a typical conglomeration of a Walmart and several chain and fast food places. Room was spacious, furniture was better than ok, but not modern, very functional and in good condition, it seems they did some room upgrades. It was clean and nice. The bathroom was a little tired. Well Maintained and clean, but finishes were worn and cracked, caulked and recaulked . Shower curtain rod was about to fall down and there was evidence it had been reinstalled several times( they are trying). Fixtures are old and show wear also . Stains and chips in the tub and sink. Not as bad as places with tile missing and cigarette stains, but definitely shows the age. On the positive side, towels are large and soft and amenities, modern and nice. As other reviews report , no hot food at breakfast, almost all carbs except for a bowl of bananas and oranges. It is a nice place and good for the value

One of the nicest Baymonts we have stayed in, lobby is very comfy and breakfast used very good brands
