"After we checked in and got the keys to our room, we opened the door and saw the bed was not made. Light was on. Shocked to see this and were afraid what if there was someone in it? We went down to the front desk and reported what we saw. The front desk employee Noemie was very apologetic and she immediately assigned us a different room. She was professional and knew how to communicate with the customers. There was no body wash in the shower. No hand soap or hand wash either. The room is clean and of good size. The breakfast was very basic. No oatmeal, no hot water or tea. Compared to other hotels we stayed during this trip, the price was higher. "

"This is an apartment style hotel with beautiful spacious units, however you need to be prepared for no services; cleaning, trash removal, towel refresh. The staff was very helpful when we asked for extra towels and garbage bags. We were entertaining family from out of town so it was the perfect set up for our needs. I do wish they had self parking which was advertised in my daily rate, but they have switched to valet only."

"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."
