3-room apartment for 7 people, approximately 55 m², on the 2nd floor (no elevator), with a south-facing balcony.  
It comprises:

\- One bedroom with two single bunk beds and a single pull-out bed  
\- A living room with a 160 cm double sofa bed and a television  
\- A fitted kitchen area  
\- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
