A queen size bed, sitting area, large bath room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. Covered porch overlooks Snake Run brook. A gas grill is provided. Unfortunately fireplace is not usable, safety, backdraft issue. The loft area is no longer accessible. We know you'll enjoy your stay with us, the cabin sits in an area surrounded by rugged, hilly trails for hiking as well as tranquil settings to rest and reflect. 5 miles to Elk Springs trout fishing, 20 miles to Snowshoe ski resort. Wifi recently added as well as a smart tv 2 night minimum stay. They have thought of everything when it comes to staying here. The cabin is fully stocked with games, movies, cooking equipment, and even pantry necessities. We loved walking around the peaceful woods and finding gorgeous views of the mountains; there is even a cleared area with chairs to relax and have a nice picnic at. Communication with the owners was always efficient and friendly. Anytime we needed fire starters, wood, or even fresh honey from their bee hives they got it for us right away. The cabin was extremely clean when we arrived. I loved being on 200 acres with no one in sight; the ideal getaway. We will definitely be coming back soon.
