The A/C never worked inside the room, the shower head was broken, maids came in to clean and left trash scattered everywhere. This is the first time this has happened at this location but very disappointed.

Everything was pretty good except the shower, the shower door does not close properly and had to put some towels on the floor also it made a strange noise when you turned on the faucet.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is the first time I didn't quite liked the experience. Room looked older than I remembered, toilet didn't worked and waited more than 20 minutes at the restaurant before we left to have breakfast at a different place since there was nobody to take our order at the restaurant at 6:00am even when they said it is a 24hrs restaurant. Before I remember you could see one of the owners walking around in the Hotel making sure everything was fine.. now focus has clearly switched to the brand new hotel they recently opened in the same area.

Beautiful property. Cleaned as expected for a 5 star. Restaurant a little expensive but understandable. Shopping mall across the street with everything you desire from restaurants to name brand stores.

Staff was incredible but the hotel was just not it. I definitely recommend other hotels, since this one is very outdated and old. A lot of things weren’t working in our room, like the telephone, TV, lock, etc.

They need a better standards for cleanliness, the bed clothes smell like if someone else sleep, they where old and the shower was with hair and not clean. Is not a 3 star diamond hotel it needs an upgrade... I couldn't stay for the night had to change the hotel.

The manager did not let me bring an extra person. I booked for two beds and then while checking in was asked if I needed two beds . Since my fiancé had not arrived yet I said no . So I only registered myself. After leaving and spending the night out on the town I went back to my room and they didn’t let her in with me. It was just two of us. I tried to purchase another room or upgrade and they would not budge so long story short I had to run a room at another hotel, and I’ll never stay there again, I was being as polite as I could, and tried everything to make them comfortable with me and my fiancé but since I didn’t put her name I didn’t have her identification when I checked in they made a big deal. The manager was very rude had no professionalism whatsoever.

Overall this was a nice property, although rooms needed a bit of an update. First room we had was dirty - there was hair all over the bathroom, so we were moved to another room. the new room was nice, bigger and had a very nice view. However there were minor issues - the phone in the room could not keep a charge when we were trying to call the front desk or room service, so we had to use the phone in the bathroom, which was corded. The hotel service person came to check on it but didn't speak on it long enough and assumed it was working fine. There was also a smell of sewer which at first was coming and going, but on the last day it was so strong it woke us up. We had a daily breakfast, which had a good variety. the tacos were superb, they make their own tortillas, too. Overall, our stay was nice but the funky smell in our room was just too much.

The hotel is in an excellent area. This time around my room did not have towels nor toiletries. The bed my daughter slept in had a lot of hairs like the sheets had not been changed. I’ve stayed there before and everything was excellent. This time around can’t explain why they were lacking the excitement service.
