PESIMO SERVICIO
Hice la reservacion con 5 dias de anticipacion, me dieron numero de confirmacion, a la hora de llegar al departamento, resutla que el dueño no me quiso ni abrir la puerta,solo entre las rejillas me comento que ya tenia estaba rentado desde hacia una semana que hablara a Hotels.com que ese era problema de ellos. me comunico a Hotels.com y pesimo servicio de servicio, 15 horas en el telefono y resulta que yo fui el del problema. PESIMO SERVICIO
