It features two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a bright living room, an equipped kitchen, and a balcony with urban views. Located close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, it offers comfort and convenience in a vibrant and accessible setting to enjoy urban life to the fullest.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment also features a laundry center, a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful culinary delight during your stay, and a comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains and Cerro de la Silla.  
  
Guest Access:  
Enjoy the entire apartment just for you and your family. The building features a gym, children's playground, a rooftop viewing platform, and barbecue grills, which are pre-selected and subject to availability. The parking lot is located on Cuauhtémoc Avenue. A designated parking space is located in the S4 building.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Our apartment in downtown Monterrey, located at Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, puts you in the heart of the action. Just a 14-minute walk away, you'll find the vibrant Macroplaza, a hub for shops, restaurants, and cultural events. For art lovers, the MARCO Museum is just a 15-minute walk away. If you're looking to explore local history, the Obispado Museum is 1.9 mi away. For sports or event fans, the Estadio Tecnológico is 3 mi away. Fundidora Park, ideal for strolling and enjoying the outdoors, is 4.9 mi away. Monterrey International Airport is 20 mi away, making your arrival and departure easy.

● Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including children  
● No visitors allowed  
● No pets allowed  
● Guests must sign the rental agreement and attach ID to the agreement to access the apartment.

● Minimum age to rent is 21.  
● Self check-in is possible.  
● Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 am.  
● Quiet hours are enforced after 11:00 pm and end at 7:00 am.  
● Lost or damaged cards or tags will be charged at $45 USD.  
● We kindly request that guests respect the property rules. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction, and fines vary according to these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
