Considering this is not a 5 star hotel.. I believe this place was pretty great! Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was clean and a pretty nice size! The only downsize was my room didn’t have a tub just a shower. Loved the restaurant next door. Great food & drinks! I’d definitely stay here again!

The only reason I had booked it was for the pool as well as for the price, of course didn’t tell us that the pool was down/closed. We found out through another guest. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work… it was an okay room and okay stay but if I visited again I wouldn’t stay there again.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the disappointment you had in regards to our pool. It states on Expedia that it will open March 15th, and we apologize if that wasn’t more clear. In regards to the refrigerator in the room, in our efforts to go green, they are turned off to conserve energy. There is an on button inside the refrigerator for your convenience. Thank you for staying with us. We hope you will return when our pool is open.

Everything was basically footsteps away! Dinner outside of hotel was a bit pricey but very delicious food. Beaches were all so close. Room was great, staff was very welcoming and helpful! Would recommend for singles or family trip and stay again! Only complaint on behalf of my kids, Pool was closed due to the season.

Comfortable, clean accommodations. The property is obviously managed with care. The staff was courteous and attentive. Because the floors are not carpeted, my only complaint is noise from upper rooms. By all means. I recommend staying here, but ask for a room on the 2nd floor.

A pretty good place.. but the last night couldnt sleep there were some neighbors talking loud all night till like 3 am and they were up early again loud like around 7am ...but its a convinient place and clean

I double - booked myself and the Front Desk personnel (Neliya?) assisted me with my rebooking. However, refrigerator in the room is not working. We stayed for 5 nights and the ice machine is not working as well. We requested for room cleaning and we were told that they are short- staffed. I have reservations for the coming weeks and hopefully the room fridge and ice machine will be functioning.

The actual beds & floor was updated but the rest of the room is dilapidated. I found rust on the bottom of the door frame to the bathroom. There is black mold on the edge of the sink. The bath mat had mold on the underside. The outside has seen better days & the door is very faded. I was not happy with stay and disappointed with my overall experience except for Ricardo at the front desk who asked how my stay was & wrote down all the faults I found in my room. He kind & apologized that we did not plan to return. I hope management read his notes & makes the necessary changes to improve the facility.

Rooms are spacious, have a fridge and microwave. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, you get a balcony which is nice. The receptionist was very helpful and wifi is fast. Location is pretty good and near everything.
