This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was excellent but this time was disappointing because of the way we were treated. First stay we booked through the hotel directly. This time we booked through the Expedia because we booked an entire vacation with several hotels. Expedia provides the convenience service by keeping your itinerary in one place, provides information on things to do at each location as well as booking items and reminders. After check-in at the hotel, the desk clerk told us that we could not have the courtesy WiFi code because we booked through a third party. We would have to pay a daily fee. We were also placed in a room on the 5th floor 3 hallways away from the nearest elevator, room 555. Since we have a dog that needs to go out frequently, that was very inconvenient. We felt second rate, we won't be going back. There are lots of other hotels. They lost a repeat customer over $9.95 a day and by putting us in the north forty.
