I liked that pets are actually welcomed without surprise fees at check in. There was construction going on during our stay, so it was noisy. When I checked in I had accidentally booked an accessibile room, but they changed it for me without incident and we're very nice.

Third time we have stayed here. This Motel is on a down hill slide. Thermostat / heater / AC non functional - you fry if you turn on the heat and the AC was warm at best. The counter / desk looked very dirty, then I realized it was something like spilled nail polish, like a lot of spilled polish it made the counter look awful. The room had two queen beds, and not enough towels for one person, one measly bar of soap and that is it. The shower was okay on water pressure and temperature but the tub would not hold water and it was filthy - my feet were dirtier after the shower. Workers were working at all hours of the night and chose the room above us one night - 8pm and drilling, banging and all manner of noise above us. It was our last night and we planned to leave at 4 am for a long drive home. And last but certainly not least the bed was as hard as a rock, I am pretty sure sleeping on the floor would have been just as soft.

I had requested 4 extra pillows when i booked the trip 3 months back. On the day, i called ahead to ask if they'll oblige. Not only was the request ignored, on my asking when i checked in, the guy had the gall to ask why i can't manage with 2 pillows. Finally, they did give it to me but I can't believe theyd question guests on such a simple request.

We were working for a show at the fairgrounds and stayed here for two nights. We had booked for 5 nights but switched hotel after our first night stay due to the conditions of the property

The bed was not clean. Stains on the sheets and lots of hair all over the sheets. No Tv remote. Bathroom door would not shut. And shower head would not stay on the holder when in use. Hole in bathroom shower stall wall. Floors were dirty also!

Motel 6 was very disappointing
I knew the motel 6 wouldnt be so great, being a motel 6.... however, i didnt k ow it would be this bad. The room reeked of bleach, bed felt like it was from 1973, sheets had stains on them, shower had rust stains all over, and the sink sprayed water everywhere. Spend another 200 bucks and stay somewhere else.

One of the dirtiest hotels ive stayed at in the last decade. Floor looked like it had never been cleaned, new light woth no paint, dirty pillows. Overall poor condition.

$250 for 1 night, room was so small, no closet, no extra pillows or blankets, no fridge - just a bed, an old table and dirty chairs, and a small bath. There was a homeless lady sleeping in her car under our window, I was very nervous about my car - sketchy people walking about the parking lot. Worst place I've ever stayed for that kind of $$. It really should have been a $6 room !

Was very clean. The only thing that bothered me was they don't have microwave or refrigerator in the rooms which is a real damper on the stay. Also, they don't have the complimentary shampoo and conditioner, nothin like that.

The bottom line with this motel is that the beds are comfortable, the pillows are not, and you get a roof over your head. So bring your own pillow and you will get the basics down fine. Nits to pick: there is no in-room coffee and the a.m. coffee in the lobby is weak and lukewarm. There was no "do not disturb" sign available so we had our room made up every day even though we didn't want that. The pool is down - - apparently long term and simply because management doesn't want to be bothered with maintaining it in operating condition. One of my favorite amenities - a pull down ironing board (I carry a very good travel iron, but difficult to use here), is not available. I wouldn't rule out staying here again, because so many places have uncomfortable beds, but it also will never be a first choice.

The first thing that we noticed when checking for our 2-night stay was that the pool had been closed by the health department. Choosing a property with a pool was important to us, it was unfortunate that there was nothing advising us that the pool had been closed by the health department since 7/27/23. The person at the desk only wanted to give my husband and me one key card and we had to practically demand another. Additionally, she did not review our accommodations with us or provide us with anything in writing. The next day, we were at our venue and had paid an admission fee when we got a call stating that we had not checked out. I requested 2 nights on the website, but it only recorded one. The whole mess could have been avoided if the arrangements had been confirmed at check-in as most other properties do to prevent this exact thing from happening. Although we were trying to extend the booking from my phone, Travelocity was trying to tell us that we would have to switch rooms. I had to tell them to call the property because we were not leaving our venue to come back and move our stuff. The icing on the cake was that I had medication with me that needed to be refrigerated but the refrigerator was set so low, my milk spoiled and my meds were ruined.

Not in a good area but ok for a quick trip. Until on the second night around 1:30am or so someone was trying to break into the motel room I was staying in. Had to yell through the door and finally look through the window to confront him before he decided to leave. So instead of staying the third night I checked out early and left. Beyond sketchy. If you are traveling with kids don't stay here. I would highly recommend that you don't stay at this location at all.

Motel needs an update
The first room that was offered was not clean, bed not made. I think it was a new experience for him and he corrected the stay for us in getting us another room that was clean. The Motel is dated, however and needs a new paint job. The pool looks very nice in the picture, but in real life it is not up to date. The whole facility needs an update. We stayed in anew Motel 6 in Austin, Texas and the newness of it made a Big difference. I would not recommended this one . Another issue, that people had a cat next door. I am allergic to cats. Are rooms set aside for people with animals ? Just a thought. The Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
