Very nice hotel.

We were traveling every year for 8-10 days since 2015 and stayed every day in another hotel. Therefore we have some feeling of what hotel should and can suggest. This hotel is nice and suitable. Excellent view from the window - golf field :)

We picked this hotel for Hyatt's reputation and it was abosultely lacking. Rooms were old and dingy, walls are thin so we could hear anytime someone was in the hallway, and we could hear what was happening in other rooms. The rifrigorator was making such a terrible noise we had to pull it out of the wall. The AC also made small noises all night. The bed was also uncomfortable. All around disappointing, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Overpriced and noisy

Background: I've stayed at multiple Hyatts (including Park Hyatts) previously. In town for the aquarium. Pos: Nice lobby and check in was fast, No issues with parking. Negs: 2x expensive than neighboring hotels. No one answers the phone at TusCA for reservations or take out (F&B issue they need multiple hosts for weekend coverage). No updated menus online or in-room. Breakfast buffet not worth paying for and a confusing setup with host station again (to sit or not to sit). Save your money and stay in town or right on the Row. We are never coming back.

Overall good facility but could use a little bit of a facelift
