Every time we go back to PG, we try to stay at Deer Heaven Inn when it's available. We love everything about it. If I can add one thing to make it even better, I think the shower head could be replaced with a better one. $20 more investment in shower heads can go far and make more customers happy.

After we returned to our room the first evening the TV was not working. I went to the office to report it and the clerk on duty said she would try to reboot the cable box. I thought someone would probably show up the next day to fix it but she came straight to our room and fixed it. Definitely great service

Very well maintained property. I left my AirPods behind and though the address I tracked them to was not the property address, a quick email to the hotel remedied the situation and they soon showed back at then hotels address. I assume they were being held for safe keeping.

Thie Deer Haven is very nice only 1 thing i would change and that is the weak shower head other then that its a great place to stay. We walked all over to town to beach and to 17 mile drive and golf courses. great spot. Thank you to all who made our stay and great mini vacation.

There was one bannister on one side of the outside stairwells. Cement stairs were in disrepair. I was very afraid of falling. Didn’t feel welcome at check in. Room interior was comfy and clean.

Quaint and clean
The front desk is nothing to write home about but once inside the room, it was nice, cozy and clean. The fireplace worked like a charm and the bed was very comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Monterey and Pebble Beach. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, this is it.
