Good for the price!
Hotel check in on 1/14 was supposedly at 3pm, we got there a little before 3 and was told to wait as the desk clerk was going to check if the room was ready. When he got back, we were inform that it wont be ready for 30 minutes. We were disappointed because we anticipated that we will be able to relax as soon as we get there. We drove 60+ miles and been to cannary row, and the aquarium the whole day, hence we really are spent. I felt bad for the guy because I know it was not his fault, and he was very apologetic about the mishap. We finally got to our room, and was so happy that it has so much space and seating places for my daughter and I. The room was clean and everything was good. The same guy from the reception brought us few things we requested (I feel bad for him, he has to welcome guests and bring them stuff). He was really nice, so I hope the company will find him an asset and treat him well. The location is very convenient, CVS across the street, Dennys on to its side, and even a bowling alley to the other side. Breakfast was great, options were plenty considering it being a continental. Overall, the experience was wonderful.
