"102 Brown is centrally located both within Lavallette and the middle block of the street. The front house was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. There’s a big back patio with deck furniture with a table umbrella. For those who like to shower outside there’s a nice outdoor shower as well. Bill the owner is very responsive and accommodating to any questions or requests you may have. Our family thourohly enjoyed our stay."

"Kathie was wonderful, very accommodating and flexible. When we needed to extend our stay, she quickly opened up additional dates for us without hesitation. We were in between homes and looking for a short-term rental, and this cottage was the perfect fit. While minimalistic, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend it for one or two guests. It’s a small but charming space. Kathie also checked in via text to make sure everything was going smoothly and kept us informed about important weather updates. She was always easy to reach and a pleasure to communicate with.
