Living room with built-in and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave...) and lounge (flat screen TV, wood stove). The first floor: 2 bedrooms attic 1 person (2 beds 90x190cm). Large sheltered terrace, access private garden + pool shared with owners. In the basement, freezer, washing machine and storage bike / ski. Linen + towels included and beds made on arrival. Total floor area is 70 m². Village house renovated with a large sheltered terrace and an exceptional view of the Valley. Quiet and with total escapism! Very comfortable and cosy style. Immediate environment of quality by the forest with departures from hikes in close. 30km from Albertville and 40km from Chambéry, overlooking the Val Gelon, a small valley located between the Bauges Regional Nature Park and the Belledonne massif. Skiing at Collet d'Allevard at 30km. Cross-country ski trails at Le Pontet at 19km. Body of water fitted out at St Pierre d'Albigny 17km away. Walks from the village. Exceptional hikes to mountain lakes. Many mountain bike circuits and routes for cyclists. Privileged location for traveling around and visiting the region: Chambéry and Annecy, towns of "Art and History", Albertville and the medieval town of Conflans, Chamonix... not to mention the numerous cellars with tastings of Savoie wines. A region that is worth the detour!
