"Towels were in average shape with holes in them and looked fairly old and well used. There were ants all over the floors which I mentioned to a front desk lady but nothing appears to have been done about them. The curtains had holes in them as well probably from cigarette burns? Breakfast was average, it's as if they expected everyone eats only cakes in the mornings? Staff didn't even put out any cold milk for the generic looking cereals that was available and there never was complete cutlery...

"We were visiting family in the area and were picked up every day, so for us it was convenient. A breakfast was provided in the mornings and I enjoyed the cappuccino, and cereal. We had clean towels and water provided everyday and the air conditioning was wonderful as the temperatures were close to 100 degrees daily. Just as an fyi there is no safe in the room. "

"We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. "

"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"

"Abbiamo avuto difficoltà per trovare Casalicchio ; solamente alla stazione FFS di Cammarata ci sono state date indicazioni che ci hanno portato in una zona dove finalmente abbiamo trovato la segnaletica che indicava l'agriturismo. A little challenging to locate at first ... if you are coming from the south, e.g. Agrigento, recommend getting off the main highway (640, was it?) a mile or so beforehand, for Villa Isabel. Because there is no highway exit near this house ... it is an overpass. And your turnoff onto the street this is on really looks like you are entering a residential area where all properties are gated."
