We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium and I would return without hesitation. I can see why there are very mixed reviews for this resort but it really comes down to what you are looking for.

All of whom jumped through hoops to keep the smiles on our faces on a regular basis.
- The beaches were fantastic, especially Sunset Cove and we loved going out for little snorkeling trips from there.
- The rooms and facilities overall were really nice and clean. Depending on your room, you may be a bit further away from the lobby but the walkways are shaded for the most part and there is shuttles running on a regular basis if you don’t feel like walking.
- Entertainment at night was wonderful (especially if you enjoy reggae music) and was different every night during our 1 week stay.
Cons:
- Food was mediocre but not bad either. We loved the jerk meat huts, Jamaican and Indian restaurants. But yes, the reservation system is very annoying, especially when you try to have dinner with people from different rooms. Service during meals was generally very slow all around so you definitely need to plan more time. And depending on where you are eating, if you are sitting outside, it can get pretty hot if there is no wind.
- Supply of water bottles was not enough in the mini bar. They only
