"Stayed 04/26/26 to 04/29/26. Front desk (Moya) staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining staff was great. Dawn did excellent working the Italiano area solo. The pool bar bartender on 04/26/26 was very friendly and could change the mood of the pool area with music. He worked the dining area later and was friendly there as well. Housekeeping was good. The downside was the whole time I was there, the hot tub was not hot or bubbly. I enjoyed the hotel's 10 year anniversary celebration. Nadine and other artist was great. I would stay again. "

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Although we originally planned for four nights, we had to leave after three due to an emergency and fly back to the States. The staff overall were wonderful. We especially loved the courtesy and service from the buffet restaurant team—they were warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. That said, the service at the Jamaican and Italian restaurants could use some improvement. The servers there seemed disengaged, almost as if they were tired or having an off day. There wasn’t much energy or friendliness, and at times it felt like we didn’t really matter. Thankfully, we didn’t let those moments take away from the joy of our trip. A special shoutout to Trishina at the front desk for making our check-in smooth and pleasant. She was so polite and kind—and what stood out most was that she remembered my name (“Mrs. Amoh”) the next day when I came by with a question. That was such a thoughtful touch. They have activities for everyday. Some you’ll need to pay for it, though this is an “all inclusive hotel” Airport shuttle was 15 dollars each way for us. Overall, I’d rate this hotel an 8.5/10. Despite a few minor issues, we had a great experience and would definitely come back."

"This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep you had music playing till 2 to 3 o’clock in the morning. The only good thing was you had hot water and the beach was near."

"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."
