The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bellagio and steps from the ferry, with spectacular lake views. The concierge team helped us plan weeks before arrival and arranged all our transportation. They knew us by name, asked about our experiences, and made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast in the magnificent grand room was a daily highlight, as were our evening nightcaps in the grand ballroom with live piano music each night. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, La Goletta, and playing tennis on the lovely court. Highly recommend for a special stay in Lake Como. We cannot wait to return!"
