This review is somewhat complex to make as this was a last minute booking, I didn't stay for many days and didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the hotel but here is my general review of the things I did experience. The staff is lovely and always ready to help, from calling taxis to suggesting delivery apps, and the reception was manned 24h a day which is always a plus. The hotel is located just in the outskirts of Barcelona in a quiet area but it is very easy to get to Barcelona centre; there's a train station just a 3min walk away from the hotel that takes you to Barcelona centre in just 22min. Now, an area to improve would definitely be surrounding appliances. Some appliances in our room were in need of replacement as they were quite old or simply not working; The light shade between the beds, for instance, was rusty, whilst some light bulbs needed replacement and the phone did not work. Overall, it was good value (especially since we booked it very last minute) and the faults did not bother us too much.

My stay was great. There is only one comment, you have a gentlemen that worked the front desk and he was not friendly or helpful. Anytime I asked a question he knew nothing, asked for an ironing board, was told there was none. The other matter is that some of your bedding is stained and should not be used.

Safe and quiet property. Shopping mall nearby and public transport and taxi easily available right outside the hotel. All the staff at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of variety and food options and fresh fruits and fresh baked croissants and pastries. The only thing I didn't like was the couch in the room was very old and had tear in the cushion. When you sit on the couch bum would sunk in and was very comfortable to sit on it.

Friendly staff, large and comfortable room, good breakfast. I'm saddened by the number of reviews from people who stayed here while visiting Barcelona though--this hotel is not in the city, and it's hard to imagine a reason to stay here if Barcelona is your intended destination.

My daughter and I are very pleased with our stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Many of the staff were also bilingual and there was no language barrier at all. I believe the best feature of the hotel was the breakfast as there were such an array of foods and delicacies. If you ever come here, my daughter would recommend trying the pastries as she gorged herself with them almost every morning! Beside the hotel is a lovely mini shopping mall where we had bought both local and traditional food to try as well as plentiful of water. We also had a delicious meal in a restaurant there called Vienna - at a reasonable price. In that sense, location was good. Though, we didn’t realise how far out the hotel was from the City of Barcelona itself. Even so, travelling via train wasn’t hard to understand and easy to follow but the only problem we did have was the inconsistency of train times. Sometimes they’d be hourly and sometimes, if we were lucky, every half an hour. There were a number of times where we had to wait for a while in both Montcada Ripollet, the station near the hotel, and in Plaça Catalunya, the station in pretty much the centre of Barcelona. Otherwise, if we were to visit again, we would definitely have no problem in booking with this wonderful hotel! :)

Hotel was very good, with comfy rooms, good breakfast and leisure facilities and was close to local cafes and the train station. The only drawback was the distance from Barcelona Central and the limited train times for returning in the evening.

Best week - fab hotel
Fab stay! We stayed for a week in this hotel and could not of changed anything. Staff were lovely and hotel was spotless and always cleaned every day. The reception staff were always really friendly and gave us train times straight away. The train station is literally just around the corner and trains run until midnight. The rooftop pool is also amazing, peaceful and beautiful views. There’s also a shopping place next door which has a market and food places. This is really useful for breakfast/ snacks. We went into main central Barcelona every day and night and it’s only a 20 minute train. Very easy process. A great hotel if you want to explore Barcelona and not pay top prices for hotels I would definitely recommend staying here. We loved it!

i got bitten for 3 nights straight. I originally thought it might have been a mosquito bite but to my horror, there was a bedbug! I went to the reception and they changed the room as soon as it was available. They also offered to do the laundry for free which we appreciated bc bedbugs are horrific. However, a lot of the clothes got damaged in the laundry. We specifically made separate bags for dry cleaning laundry and regular laundry. The 1st batch of laundry they gave us was good (they were still damp but they were ironed as well) the second batch we had to wait until 11 pm to get them and we gave them the laundry at about 11am the same day! They knew we were checking out at 4:30 am and that we had to sleep early and the laundry was not done until 11. My friends clothes were discolored and stained. We were very upset bc they were very expensive clothes and some of them were brand new that she bought from France during our trip before going to Barcelona. The hotel emailed her back saying that they took care of the clothes and that they do not understand why they were stained. Some of the clothes also shrunk. I find it very disappointing that a 4* hotel can make such a mess and that the only thing they can do is apologize. I regret to say that I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. If anything, I will be leaving a negative comment on trip advisor. Especially bc there was a bedbug and now we risk of having it here and will need to get an exterminator for the house.

Dear Guest Unfortunately, any hotel can suffer an infection by bedbugs, since its presence is not related to the order or hygiene of the affected places. In addition, one of the main ways of introducing these parasites is traveling by police in clothes, shoes, bags or other transport tools. As a result, hotels and other accommodations are very susceptible to suffer a bed bug infestation, since every day there are many guests from different parts of the world who can potentially bring the plague with them. The best prevention is the early detection of the problem. It is an isolated case and the appropriate measures were taken in these cases. About the clothes you left us, we offered them free laundry service, a total of seven bags and the clothes were dry cleaned so we do not understand that the clothes have stains. In no case was bleach used. During your stay, you were taken care of by the reception manager and we showed all the interest of what happened. We regret again the inconveniences caused. Arrived at 10:45pm, bar closes at 10:30....we found some food around the corner fortunately . Looking forward to morning swim, but pool doesn’t open until 09:00am!!!! Great hotel for the Circuit de Catalunya
We stayed at his hotel as travelling to the Circuit de Catalunya for the Moto GP and it worked very well, easy to find with both on street and underground car parking (€11) - we parked on the street and our car was fine. The hotel is situated outside of the main town a 25 min walk to the station which was enjoyable and a really easy train ride to Montmello (€5 and about 10 mins on the train ) We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely, large room with sofas and a whirlpool bath! There is a small rooftop pool and seating area but this is the only outside space which is slightly disappointing if you want to get a drink from the bar which is in the ground floor We didn’t eat in the hotel as it has a couple of bars and a great jamon restaurant in a small complex just next door Very helpful and friendly staff - I would definitely stay again

We stayed for the Catalunya MotoGP. It was a good location, not much around it but really close links to the train stations and enough around for us to get what we needed. Would happily stay here again but would prefer some English TV channels... every channel was Spanish.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The AC worked very well. The shower was very nice and modern. The location was not super convenient for traveling into Barcelona, and there weren’t many vegan options available at restaurants in the surrounding town, but the scenery was beautiful and the town itself was fun to explore.

Not Easy to find at night. Hotel facilities poor.
We arrived late at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and due to our flight being delayed. There was a taxi strike and despite calling the hotel on advise how to get from Girona to Barcelona , we had great diffulty finding the hotel. The room was comfortble and had air condition in and was clean upon arrival, but very basic. The resturant close certain times of the day and had to walk to the local shops for a cold beverage. We spend a day at the pool and there was no visible staff to enure that everything was fine. Had to pay extra for pool towels. The pool was dirty and had little black bugs floating in it. Table and chairs at the entrance were in chains and we were unable to use it. Overall poor service and I would not recomend this hotel.

One of the best experiences I have ever had.
Very good price for a 3 night stay. Amazing huge room with a lot of comforts. Espresso machine, Jacuzzi, shower facility, huge bed, couch and lots of furniture. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Only negative is that in the morning when coaches arrive, you can hear the sound of the engine which means it is not as soundproof as it should be. That woke me up a few times. Apart from that, it is amazing, really recommend.

Suitable for mini break.
This hotel was pleasing for a mini two night break but I would not recommend it for any longer. We used this hotel because of it's proximity to the Barcelona F1 circuit. It was easy to taxi to the circuit and to and from the airport. The room was adequate and very clean but the mini bar was empty and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. On the first morning the breakfast room was very short staffed and the one waiter serving was clearing and relaying tables, refreshing food, seeing to customer requests, refilling hot water jugs and seemed completely over whelmed. I had to ask him where the fresh food was before he noticed that the food trays were empty. He also asked me to collect my own cutlery and a cup and saucer from other laid tables. The service was better on the second day but for a four star hotel, I expected better. The evening meal was very nice but not a great deal of choice. Check in and out was made very easy with good English speaking staff. All in all an adequate stay for a great F1 weekend.

Cheap and clean
Near to the trains station and near to the city. Near to the supermaket and chinese restaurant.The hotel is 4* stay comfortable.

It's a Nice hotel but Far from the city center
This is a nice small hotel but very far from the city center. The hotel is far from the city center and this is problematic because if you are running late in exploring the city center, then it will cost 30 to 40 euros depending on traffick to get back. The train is located at the back of the hotel but at night the last trip is at 12 midnight from the city center. If you don't mind traveling back and forth and you need a low cost hotel then this hotel is for you. the staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is expensive considering the choices. The rooms are clean, and well appointed. The hotel is cozy looking and simple in decoration. There is a rooftop pool.

Quiet but close to everything you will need
The area is lovely, just outside the city but with train being cheap and easy to use its worth staying a little further out and getting a good night's sleep

Disliked: Room comfort
Not good
The area is not good the hotel in very narrow street no parking and when we try to check in its was big bus filling the small car park for check in so we had to park in fornt of the hotel and we asked the fromt desk guy and he said ok to park but our car was little bit close to the end of st so we get ticket from local police for 200€ and that is because somebody call police and I saw the guy who called once we stopped there he was looking at us and I am having enjury in my foot but of course i did not know he is calling about us but i saw him. Anyway I had hard time with the hotel staff not very friendly and wierd people i will never recommend this hotel for anybody Note: I need to say that same guy who told us wrong info about parking and gave hard time allmy stay finally he helpd me like he is doing a favor not like its his job to help his guest.
