There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. We were also required to provide our credit card details to a third party service for the holding deposit which was not clear in the description and unusual. Logement très calme et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Très bien placé pour visiter Grenoble, Chambéry et la Chartreuse. Boulangerie à proximité (très pratique !). Attention, à fuir... Appartement non nettoyé en pleine période de covid ; je précise que nous ne sommes pas des voyageurs « difficiles » mais là nous avons touché le fond... frigo laissé en piteux état (graisse, miettes, traces d’aliments...), matelas avec miettes et poils, vitres de douche avec coulées diverses et variées, une poignée plus que crade... et je ne parle pas de la vaisselle avec un verre sur deux où nous pouvions admirer les traces de doigt graisseux du précédent locataire. De manière secondaire, il est bon de savoir que vous n’aurez pas la clé de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble... donc il faut sonner chez les voisins... La réponse de la conciergerie censée nous éclairer sur ces dysfonctionnements : « pas de clé à vous fournir, sonnez donc chez les voisins ! » et pour le ménage : « ne vous inquiétez pas, nous passons l’appartement à l’ozone, donc pas de danger » 🤨 Ok... nous n’avons pu voir physiquement aucun représentant de l’agence, bref le plan galère par excellence. Désolé d'être amené à rédiger un commentaire négatif, mais je ne peux pas laisser passer. Après avoir envoyé trois messages demandant s'il était possible d'arriver avant 17h, on fini par me répondre qu'il faut s'assurer au préalable que le ménage a bien été fait. A 16h04 nous recevons un message nous indiquant que tous est bon. En pénétrant dans les lieux nous constatons qu'aucun ménage n'a été effectué, draps, serviettes et torchons sales, température à 15 degrés et odeurs de tabac froid (pour un logement non fumeur). Après avoir contacté Majordome Privé, nous comprenons que rien ne peux être fait avant le lendemain matin. Coup de chance, nous trouvons dans un placard un kit complet draps/serviettes propres. On se retrousse les manches, on change le linge, aspirateur et éponge, chauffage au maximum et nous remettons l'appartement en état. Le surlendemain nous sommes "appelés" par un/une responsable qui nous propose un remboursement des frais de ménage. Impossible d'obtenir le moindre geste commercial alors qu'il est évident que Majordome Privé est responsable vis à vis des locataires de cette situation ! Cette mésaventure nous est déjà arrivée auparavant lors de réservation AIRBNB, mais il y a toujours eu un geste. Comme quoi passer par un prestataire n'améliore pas forcément la qualité du service.
