The hotel was suppose to be 5 stars, but is not.
The staff seem to be very nice but they did nothing (only a fan) when we told them that the air conditioner was broken.

"Ideally situated if you are going to use the train station but a little out of the main centre of Perpignan where all the restaurants are. However you can walk it in approximately 15 minutes. They have a left luggage facility which was useful as we arrived before check in time. Check in was smooth. ..."

"I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap."
