This recently constructed modern home is on a private road and features a heated pool two blocks from Hither Hills Beach. Hamptons Cottage & Gardens magazine recognized this stunning architectural masterpiece in 2022.  
  
Designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living, the home offers a private and serene atmosphere, nestled within 1.1 acres of forested surroundings. The sun-drenched residence boasts over 4,000 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half baths in the main house, plus a pool house with a full bath.  
  
The first floor features a chef's kitchen equipped with professional-grade appliances, leading to an outdoor kitchen with a premium Wolf Viking grill and a Kamado Joe smoker. A bluestone patio surrounds an 18 x 40 heated saline pool, nestled among landscaping, providing privacy from neighboring properties. The expansive yard, bordered by large stone retaining walls, offers ample space for outdoor activities. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or washing your surfboards.  
  
On the second floor, you'll find a wrap-around deck that leads to a master bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet and a private balcony, as well as a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  
  
The lower level includes four additional bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious second living room with a large-screen smart TV. The home also features a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer downstairs and a matching set in the garage, making beach outings convenient. An additional outdoor shower is located on the side of the garage.
