Tout d’abord, le chalet n’est pas à 10 minutes des remontées mécaniques ni à 15 minutes d’aucune station. Il faut compter au minimum 30 minutes de voiture pour se rendre dans une station de ski. Courchevel 1800 : 35 minutes. De plus, la propreté du chalet laisse vraiment à désirer. Des produits de ménage comme balai, brosse à toilettes, éponge, escabeau sont étalés un peu partout dans la salle de bain (pas très ragoûtant). De manière générale, les meubles, draps et coussins semblent vraiment abîmés et mériteraient d’être changés. Je ne peux évidemment pas vous décrire l’odeur des draps, mais je vous laisse imaginer.Pour finir, la personne qui s’occupe du ménage et de l’arrivée des locataires est une Karen. Elle m’a fait payer un surplus d’électricité. 2500 la semaine, on pourrait penser que l’électricité est comprise dans le prix, mais non ! 190 de ménage (le ménage le plus cher de France). Pour ce prix, vous aurez l’obligation de plier vos draps, nettoyer toutes les salles de bain, vider les poubelles et même enlever les cendres de la cheminée. Et si vous avez le malheur de laisser une trace de dentifrice dans le lavabo, ils garderont votre caution. En clair, vous paierez 1190 de ménage et c’est vous qui ferez le ménage.Et à moins que vous ne vouliez rester coincé 1 semaine dans un chalet qui pue au milieu de nulle part, je vous le déconseille fortement ! ##### Léa E. We stayed for a week with two families with teenagers and enjoyed wonderful skiing in Les 3 Alpes. We rented cars in LYS and it was a two hour drive. The house is in the mountainside, so driving can be an experience. We parked in Le Praz, 20 min by car but be early as parking space is limited. Le petit parking du dessus compense l absence de garage et n est donc pas prejudiciable Un petit effort sur l isolement de certaines parties du chalet et sur certains details d equipement (pas de cafetiere electrique par exemple et aspirateur unique et enfin de vie) rendrait ce lieu totalement exquis et parfait. Je le recommande vivement en tout cas car c est un endroit dont.le rapport qualite/prix/prestation est imbattable.... ##### stephane b. Même après les longues journées de ski on pourrait bien reposer puisqu'on s'est senti comme chez nous. Nous n'avons jamais eu besoin de quoi que ce soit. En plus, oui le chalet est un peu isolé, hors les 5 minutes que tout le monde préfère consacrer pour une course jusqu'aux pistes, mais on gagne une solitude, une tranquillité, une gratitude d'être entouré par la nature, qu'on aurait manqué si on était situé à proximité du chaos. À mon avis c'est tellement important donnant notre quotidien. Finalement je voudrais adresser la propriétaire de cet incroyable établissement. Une femme extraordinaire. Tellement gentille, aimable, intéressante et sensible. C'était un vrai plaisir de l'avoir rencontré. ##### Evtim Y. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer une semaine à plusieurs. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Chacun d'entre nous avait son espace. Le chalet est vraiment bien conçu et Nicole est une personne adorable. Elle nous a vraiment bien reçu, il y avait même un sapin pour Noel, c'était parfait!!! Le chalet est vraiment bien équipé, la literie est ok, les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée ce qui est appréciable après 10h de route. C'était propre. Seule petite chose, l'électroménager (surtout la machine à laver) est un peu vieillissant. Sinon c'était top. 20mn en voiture de Courchevel, impeccable pour skier tous les après midi! Idéalement situé au cœur du village de montagny. chalet très agreable et très pratique.on peut se croire comme à la maison car il a tout. La cheminée au centre de la pièce apporté du cachet a une pièce aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil chaleureux de la Proprietaire qui nous confie les clés. Je recommande ce chalet.
