"The lobby of hotel very clean and welcoming there was a room I e den that had a fireplace the temperature room air perfect not too cold or hot the elevator close to check in easy to get to room and fast no waiting for elevator the room was gorgeous a faux balcony with view of Main Street right bellow my only issue with room no plug in port for cell phones should have those lamps with them the bathroom had a tub it was old and outdated the micro broken the woman at front desk was not friendly somewhat rude as well other than that great stay highly recommend "

"Just had issue while checking it even after 4 pm my room was not ready and I had to request twice to get room. Had kids with me and we didn’t get any update from hotel around check in time. I had to remind them about this."
