It is located on the third floor with an elevator and it has sea views from the terrace and the private solarium, as well as having a communal pool open all year round. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds and it includes a sofa bed for two additional guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free private parking space and sheets and towels. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property.
