Independent villa sleeps 8 + 2\.   
On the ground floor entrance, living room with double sofa bed, living room with fireplace, kitchen with two ovens, fireplace and access to the veranda with a table for 14 people where it is possible to eat outside, a double bedroom with fireplace that leads to the veranda overlooking the swimming pool, a bathroom with hydromassage shower, laundry with washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom with hydromassage shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, a double bedroom (which shares the bathroom with one of the two double bedrooms).

Infinity pool (8x16 m - height 1.40-2.50 cm) with hydromassage area, counter-current swimming, changing room, bathroom, shower and lighting, equipped and fenced green space, air conditioning, barbecue (with coal), alarm in the area swimming pool, parking, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets, 2 irons with table, a hair dryer for each bathroom, 55 and 65 inches smart last generation tv, 4 mountain bikes, video recorder, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, plug-in USB sockets, wifi system (insideand outside), 3 high chairs, 3 baby beds, safe deposit box, shampoo dispenser, body cream and hand soap, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso and American coffee machine, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, two toasters, bottle sterilizer, juicer, blender, water purifier).

Consumption of AC and heating must be paid as it follows:  
AC: € 0,90 per KW (1 KW = 3 Frigocalories)  
Heating: € 0,19 per Thermal KW (Diesel fuel)  
Attention: The consumption of AC and heating depends on many things: 1) the outside temperature 2) how cold or warm you like to have the inside temperature 3) open or closed doors and/or windows 4) turning down when you are not in the villa etc. Anyway, the cost of AC can be from 20 to 40 € per day and of heating from 35 to 80 € per day. The AC and heating system are equipped with digital counters with an error margin of +-5%"

up to 89 days before date of arrival – the total deposit of the 30%  
from 63 to 88 days – 60% of the total amount  
from 49 to 62 days – 80% of the total amount  
from 0 to 49 days – 100% of the total amount
