"The property is incredible and the location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and filled with charm. This was our second stay. The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance. Upon check-in the same thing happened, we had to ask if they could help us with our bags. "

The front desk people were very friendly for both check in and out, they even offered to have a taxi come to the front to pick us up and take us to our desired destination after check out"
