All I can say it should not be called the Relax Inn because it surely doesn’t live up to its name!! I would never stay again or refer anyone the lady at the desk needs to go to CHARM SCHOOL PERIOD!!

This property has mold in the bathroom needs to be clean, bad plumbing. The property is unsafe, and the owner does not know how to run a business on top of that. He’s greedy as hell.

The woman who worked the desk at check-in obviously hated her job. She was so rude. Also, people just loiter outside the hotel and sit on the steps smoking. I’m not even sure if they are staying there or not. But being woken up at 1:40AM to people arguing in the parking lot, yelling, was not how I would’ve chose to woke up. Spend the extra money and just stay somewhere else. People who loiter in the QT parking lot, which is located right beside the hotel, will also try to yell and speak to you.

When we got there we were disgusted by the whole place and found another place to stay. The cops were there at 5pm when we arrived. He told my husband there's a lot of trouble there.

Checked in a Friday night after a long night of canceled and delayed flights. Exhausted. The bed was absolutely dirty. Hair and particles all over the sheet. And in the morning i discovered a dirty sock in the corner of the room. Leading me to believe the room wasn't cleaned at all.

It was awful. The lady at the front desk just couldn't be bothered. I reserved a king smoking. Walked in to a full size bed. Went to call the front desk. Phone doesn't work. Drove back around to ask and she just says she didn't have any housekeepers so that's all she had. I asked if it was smoking because there were no ashtrays and she said yes she just didn't put any out. When asked if there was a price difference since it wasnt what we asked for she said absolutely not. What we pay y'all has nothing to do with them. The bed was hard as a board. The neighbors smoke detector kept beeping. Honestly I would've rather slept in my car. I will not be staying here again.
