When I arrived at 5 or so and checked in, the beds weren't neatly folded almost seems like someone did the room quickly and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Someone should monitor the pool area. The jacuzzi had so much chlorine that our eyes were burning and we couldn't stay in.

I enjoy staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Dundee at least once a year. Usually, I have a great experience, but this time, we had a bathroom sink that drained very slowly. I informed the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it, but that never happened. I was slightly disappointed by this. However, I am willing to give this motel one more chance. There are plenty of newer motels in the town of Dundee.

Where do I start: First room was a room with a king bed and a couch and chair which is what we ordered and paid extra for. It, however was directly over the mechanical room and was very noisy. The floor actually vibrated from the noise and whatever else was going on below. Second, when asked the staff if we could move, she stated that were no other rooms available as the housekeeping staff was short staffed and they were not able to clean all the rooms. The room was short of bath towels as well. She said the noise should stop in 15 minutes. It did not. Moved to room #2 which was identical to our first room except the couch and chair had no cushion covers. On to room #3. This one was not serviced by housekeeping yet! Finally, room #4 was a room with two queens and only two desk chairs. This one was clean, and had towels and we stayed in it finally! The bill was put under door where we found it in the am. It was for $108 for the room on Expedia for $100 including taxes and such. The original upgraded room was $110 all in on Expedia. Not worth the fight! Lastly, the free internet was sporadic at best going in and out of coverage randomly.

The pool wasn't too chilly, which was nice. It was also adults only from 11 to midnight. The hot tub was great. The room was nice and clean. The bed pillows were very small. I had to ask the overnight clerk for extras. He was not happy to be bothered, but did find me 2 extra pillows. I love the entrance and lobby. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Not a whole lot of choices but adequate. The young lady who checked me in was very nice. The older man at night... not so much. I also liked the noon check out. Most hotels are 11.

Check in was easy and staff were very polite and professional. Pool was open and clean. Extra towels provided at request. Room was clean and ready for our arrival. Traveled with family and we were all comfortable. Would come here again.

The room we had was absolutely awful. The carpet has not been replaced or cleaned in a very long time! The room smelled and it was just not something we would ever stay in again.

I Liked the area, the room was nice. I did not like the breakfast choices. They had cold boiled eggs. And for the hot choices they had corned beef hash, which was awful looking. It doesn’t taste good either, husband said. No bacon no sausage. They had hot biscuits, but no gravy! They had a waffle maker, which was good, but without bacon and sausage, and maybe even some potatoes, it was lacking, and we were disappointed

I really wanted to give more stars. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was 5 stars. The young man at the front desk was checking us in barely spoke to us. He didn’t welcome us or say anything about the breakfast offering or times. The room was clean and comfortable but the sidewalk in the front of the entrance had something like orange ice cream spilled on it and the elevator had a sticky substance all over the floor which got on my suitcase. The next day when we were leaving, both the elevator mess and the mess on the front walk were still there. That’s just laziness and very disappointing as you know employees had to have come and gone and had seen both.

This was a anniversary stay. We booked a suite and wood have really have liked to use the pool and hot tub. There were kids in the hot tub and running up and down the halls for hrs. Finally after midnight they settled down. The walkways were slippery and so was the elevator floor from them playing in it. I have two children, and two grandchildren. I enjoy children playing but not till after midnight.

Don't know why, but we could not control the heat in our room...nothing we did changed the temp....stayed 76/77 all night....too warm...complaint to front desk did nothing.

Average stay. We got what we paid for, the remote control on our TV barely worked. The channel up and down buttons didn’t work. The only buttons that worked were the number buttons. Some rust on the towel rack in the bathroom.
