Asked for another room due to the tv not working they transferred me . But want to accuse me . Please before you check in check the room before you sign anything . Won’t be staying here again . The front desk was super helpful . The pool wasn’t available for some reason they haven’t cleaned it in forever or some chemicals that was in it. At least that’s what they said! Other than that it was fine!

I asked for clean sheets and all I was told it was already in the room and when we pulled the pull out couch the sheets on there seemed dirty. We were put on the bottom floor and I woke up to loud noise from the top floor. This went on from 11pm to after 3am all you could hear is stomping, banging and I’m not sure if someone was hitting the walls. But it finally quiet down after 3am which I finally went to sleep and woke up with house keeping knocking on the door before 10am. I really should have read the reviews before booking because some did say noise issues but we just wanted to get off the road from the driving and to have a good night sleep, which I didn’t have all because of the noise. Sadly this is my overall experience here plus the staff is not very helpful.

Spend your $ somewhere else!
Front desk was rude from the beginning, door didnt lock on the first room we were put in, heater was broken in the second room we were put in, and saw some sketchy people hanging out at the hotel at all hours of the night. Our bathroom had a horrible smell and place needs a huge remodel! Initially it didnt look too dirty to stay but found out that nothing was truly clean after having to touch things.

It was ok. Our toilet in room 124 was stopped up. The family above us was irritating because at 12 am they started jumping up and down and disturbing my kids and I’s sleep as well as my peace in quiet in the morning like 8-10am they we back to jumping and playing loudly.

Extremely dirty room, had to wait 20 minutes as no one was at the counter to Checkin at 12:30 AM. Carpets were stained pet hair on sofa and fan not working.

We were very tired when we arrived at 2:30 pm The sign said check in at 2pm but our room wouldn’t be ready until 3 as maids had Christy so they had a lot of rooms to clean. We didn’t get checked in until 4pm. We weren’t happy about that!
